Eleven years after purchasing the property, we are excited to unveil the inaugural vintage of Interbeing.
Deep ruby with a hint of purple, the wine shows soaring and expressive aromatics of violet, eucalyptus, cigar box, pencil lead. Flavors of black fruit, wild berry, and espresso follow on a mouthfeel that is precise, clean, polished, balanced, and layered, carrying the signature freshness of Sam Kaplan with no hard edges.
Great depth and long-finishing, it leaves an overall impression of being complete, alluring & very pretty. From a cooler vintage, this wine isn’t ostentatious or too masculine; the bright acidity isn’t overpowered by the fruit. All remains in balance. It is ready to drink now, and we are excited to experience it over the next 20+ years to understand how wines from our estate will age. We invite you on this journey of discovery alongside us as we explore the potential of the estate in combination with the uncompromising search for the quality and integrity of the product.
We will share more ahead of the Fall 2027 release, but in the meantime, we encourage you to join our list. We will be offering the 2025 vintage in 3 packs of 750mL bottles as well as 1.5L magnum bottles. Each in beautiful hand-hewn wood boxes.
